Kenneth Lynn Marshall of The Colony, Texas, was called home by his Lord and Savior on February 13, 2013, after a lengthy and courageous battle with cancer.
Kenneth was born December 6, 1951, to Henry and Sue Marshall of Houston, Texas.
He graduated from Cy-Fair High School in 1969. Kenneth was employed 37 years with Ford Motor Company beginning in 1971 until his retirement in 2007.
Kenneth was a loving husband, devoted father and a loyal friend to all who knew him.
Kenneth married his high school sweetheart, Helen, the love of his life. They were married 39 wonderful years and resided in The Colony, Texas.
Kenneth was one of the godliest men who spoke light into every situation, whether good or bad. Kenneth was an avid sportsman, but his favorite pastime was his God-given talent to his woodworking, where he created many beautiful pieces on his scroll saw.
Kenneth is survived by his wife, Helen Marshall of The Colony, Texas; son, Wesley Marshall and his wife, Christy, of Magnolia, Texas; son, Matthew Marshall and his wife, Krystal, of Lewisville, Texas; father, Henry Marshall of Houston, Texas; father- and mother-in-law, Thomas Sr. and Rose Sikorski of Brenham, Texas; brother-in-law, Bill Patton of Humble, Texas; sister-in-law, Pat Sikorski and her husband, Henry, of Chappell Hill, Texas; brother-in-law, Tom Skiorski Jr. of Spring, Texas; five grandchildren; five nephews and two nieces; as well as numerous other friends and family.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Sue Marshall of Houston, Texas, and sister, Bonnie Patton, of Humble, Texas.
Pallbearers at the funeral were Shawn Derkowski, Brian Derkowski, Wesley Marshall, Matthew Marshall, Eric Pollard and Chase Sikorski.
