FLOWER MOUND, Texas ----The 1980s will make a brief return on Friday, Feb. 22, when the Flower Mound High School Improv Troupe stages Totally ‘80s! Totally Murder!, a prom night murder-mystery dinner theatre. Doors at the FMHS cafeteria open at 6:30 p.m. for the 7:00 performance improvisational theatre performance (FMHS, 3411 Peters Colony Road, Flower Mound).
Tickets for Totally ‘80s! Totally Murder! are $12 each and include an all-you-can-eat pancake, sausage, juice and coffee dinner; hilarious audience participation show; prizes; and souvenir prom pictures. Tickets are available for purchase online at www.fmhstheatre.com. The performance by the newest FMHS Theatre student group is best suited for ages 12 and older.
Audience members are encouraged to join the fun and pay tribute to the 1980s by dressing in fashions from the decade.
Proceeds from Totally ‘80s! Totally Murder! will assist Flower Mound High School students to attend and compete at the 2013 International Thespian Society Festival this summer in Lincoln, Neb. More than 25 FMHS students qualified for individual and group national competition with top performances at the Texas State Thespian Festival last December.
