Article:	Education notes for Carroll ISD Preschool registration set Preschool registration will be held from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Feb. 4 to Feb. 15 at the new Carroll Administration Center, located at 2400 North Carroll Avenue. All completed packets are due no later than 4 p.m. Friday, Feb. 15 to Debra Neal at the administration center. No walk-in registrations will be accepted before or after theses dates or at any other CISD location.
