Missing elderly found in Richardson

A Silver Alert was cancelled this morning after a missing elderly Plano man was found by Richardson police shortly before 1 a.m.
Ramon Alarcon, 83, was reported missing from his home around 6 p.m. last night. Alarcon, who has been diagnosed with dementia, left his home without his medication or cell phone around 10 p.m. Saturday.
Alarcon was found unharmed and was reunited with his family, said Plano Police Department Spokesman David Tilley.
