Graveside services for Donald Johnnie Morgan, 70, of McKinney, Texas, will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, November 10, 2012, at the Van Alstyne Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Scoggins Funeral Home in Van Alstyne, Texas, Saturday from 9:30 to 10:45 a.m.
Donald passed away Saturday, November 3, 2012, at Baylor Medical Center of McKinney.Donald was born February 15, 1942, in Carizzo, New Mexico, to Johnnie P. and Helen Petree Morgan. He attended elementary and junior high in the Greenwood ISD and his high school years at Midland High.
Donald is survived by three sons and their wives, Randall and Shannon Morgan of Van Alstyne, Brian and Jennifer Morgan of Van Alstyne, and Terry and Mirenda Morgan of Midland; six grandchildren, Bailey of Midland, Lane, Abby, Carter, Emma and Chloe, all of Van Alstyne; brothers and their wives, Robert and Uvonne Morgan of Plains, Texas, and Kenneth and Glenda Morgan of Stillwell, Oklahoma; sister, Patsy Northcott of Crawford, Texas; and several nieces and nephews.
