College Job Fair Planned for October

Job seekers explore North Lake College's biannual job fair.

Free Biannual Event Attracts Community

IRVING, Texas- On Wednesday, October 10, North Lake College’s department of Career Services will host the 2012 Fall Job Fair from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Student Life Center, room H-200.

Featuring 45 companies, the fair is free and open to the public. Represented industries range from broadcasting and law enforcement to retail and banking. Job seekers will have the opportunity to share their resumes with recruiters and enter hourly Scholarship Drawings. Participants do not have to be present to win. Volt Workforce Solutions, Jackson Hewitt Tax Service and Geico sponsor this event.
