Homeowners enjoyed corn fritters with bacon jalapeno aioli to start, followed by an appetizer of quesadilla with goat cheese, roasted peppers and cantaloupe salsa, smoked brisket with chipotle mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus for the entrée, topped off with fried apple pie with cinnamon ice cream for dessert.
